Raissa de Oliveira

Raissa de Oliveira ( Mosque , July 30 of 1990 ) ^[1] is a journalism student and Brazilian samba dancer. ^[2] She was distinguished in the Carnival in Rio to be chosen as queen of drums of samba school GRES Beija-Flor when 12 years old in 2003 ^[3] , after winning a TV competition in which dancers competed in several junior schools.She occupies the position every year since then.

Unlike most of the queens of the battery in Rio during the  2000s , Raisa is a premier battery choice in the community, and remains in a fixed position. Before the parade as Queen of drums, she was a member of the children's ward. ^[4]
